I consider drawing to be the corner stone to all my art work in every medium. Sometimes they are just rough sketches others are highly detailed stand alone works. The act of drawing is very therapeutic and my way of connecting to the artistic force. A mass of drawings have been given away or lost over the years the following contains a cross-section of what I do. I have included pastels in this section as the method is the same as for charcoal or graphite with an added element, colour. |
